“Give to my heart compassion and understanding. Give to my hands skill and tenderness. Give to my ears the ability to listen. Give to my lips words of comfort. Give to me THE STRENGTH FOR THE SELFLESS SERVICE, and enable me to give hope to those I'm called TO SERVE”

Life can be stressful and complicated. We are often faced with situations where we feel sad, lonely, and unfulfilled. Some of us just need some help reaching happiness and fulfillment. I’m invested in addressing the needs of the individuals I serve in an effort to equip them with the tools they need to successfully navigate life and conquer every obstacle.

I graduated from the University of Connecticut with a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Development and Family Studies. I received my Master’s Degree in Social Work from Springfield College. I have been working with children and adults for 14 years. I have worked with individuals that have experienced trauma, depression, anxiety, co-occurring disorders, grief & loss, adoption, foster care, attachment issues, and other various mental health needs. I would use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as a tool to help individuals challenge your thoughts, to increase positive feelings, and healthy decision making. I would use Dialectical Behavioral Therapy to help individuals see that there are many ways of looking at our challenges and solving problems.

I am looking forward to helping you reach your goals and assisting you on your healing journey!
